Our highest priority is ensuring the availability and reliability of your web site. Our goal is at least 99.9% uptime on a monthly basis (excluding scheduled maintenance – which will not exceed a total of 10 hours per month).
24x7x365 System Monitoring
Our hosting operation (both hardware and software) is monitored around the clock, to keep service interruptions to a minimum. The data center facility has 24×7 secure access and on site personnel to monitor the physical environment. HostRelax™ technical staff are responsible for hardware performance and monitoring, and are instantly alerted to any interruptions.
Instant Information and Reports
We place a high priority on keeping customers informed. As our customers, you can view the service status window that will keep you abreast of the latest news, including scheduled maintenance or unscheduled downtime, specific to your particular server.
During server downtime, we believe that keeping our customers updated with accurate information is the first priority. To do this, we send out email notifications to all our customers in advance when scheduled maintenance is to take pace. Sometimes however we are faced with unexpected downtime. During such downtime we normally dispatch updates by email as soon as issues solved or information is available.
On the rare occasion that a prolonged interruption is expected, we send out detailed customer emails outlining the nature of the outage and estimating its duration. We also offer a monthly newsletter with service updates and reports, and post frequent updates via our news online.

30 Days Money Back
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with our services, you may cancel your account within the first 30 days of service and receive a refund. Setup fees are non-refundable. All monetary transactions are in $US dollars. Refunds are sent to the current mailing address on your hosting account. If you are expecting a refund, be sure that your address is correct on your account before canceling. Please note that this 30 days money back refund policy does not apply to domain name, add on services, reseller accounts or dedicated servers, or any fees associated with these accounts. Accounts cancelled/terminated by HostRelax™ for violating our Terms of Services do not qualify for the 30 days money back guarantee. For example, if your account is cancelled due to host illegal material or spamming, you will not be given any refund. No refunds are available after first 30 days.
